Lenik Security Design has been installing security systems for over 30 years. We have been providing our services to clients ranging from your average bungalow in Scarborough, or to your typical suburban home in Woodbridge or to the your 26,000 square foot estate in Forest Hill. We understand that your home is the most important investment that you will make. Each one of our alarm systems is carefully planned, designed and executed. Our discriminating clients understand that a well designed and installed burglar alarm system is a financial investment and that a standard of care must be exercised in the selection and installation of equipment that is second to none. Today's home security system is not just about opening up a box, connect the wires, put it up on the shelf and hope it works. For you, the value is knowing that we at Lenik installed your security system with the most care and attention to detail possible. Today's new construction techniques have created a major service challenge to our security sytem which many in the security systems industry have not addressed, it is being left to the next guy to deal with. We at Lenik have developed security sytem design and installation standards that come from many years of experience of what not to do, as we have responded to many false alarm at 3 AM in the morning, we do not allow the "pass the buck to the next guy" mentality, we install from the perspective of function and service. We have not achieved and/or surpassed our clients expectations by taking short cuts. As part of our design process our security sytem installation techniques are based to minimize service.
Building the future one security system at the time.
We offer our clients the following types of intrusion systems
The lowest Total Cost of Ownership in new construction is the hard wired intrusion system. The most secure is also the hard wired intrusion system. All of these connections are a soldered rat-tail or a soldered butt splices. Our cables do no have splices, they are continuous point to point.
The most expensive of systems when looking from a Total Cost of Ownership. Batteries need to be replaced on a regular basis. This type of system also has more parts that can fail or become obsolete
This type of system uses a mix of hardwired and wirless technologies. The Total Cost of Ownership is in between hard wired and wireless, but that is not alwasys the case.
OUR SALES POLICY, IS AN OUT RIGHT SALE TO THE CLIENT, AND OUR CONTRACT TO SERVE IS RENEWED EACH YEAR. WE EARN THE PRIVILEGE OF SERVING YOU, EVERYDAY OF THE YEAR. OUR INSTALLATION POLICY IS TO INSTALL HARD WIRE SOLUTIONS WHERE POSSIBLE.
